Ways to Work Together
At present, I offer two primary forms of support: 1:1 psychospiritual coaching and Living Peace student training. My work draws on over fifteen years of experience guiding clients and students through personal growth, emotional healing, spiritual reflection, and meaningful life change. My approach blends Eastern philosophy, contemplative practice, modern psychology, and the psychospiritual framework I teach in Living Peace and Heart of Humanity.
In the coming years, the Abbey’s offerings will continue to expand through Living Peace classes, youth peace-building work, professional trainings, and community-based programs — all rooted in the same mission: helping people reclaim their inner life and practice peace in a grounded, honest, and deeply human way.
