About Me
Going on his fifteenth year of private practice, Alaric has developed a unique methodology of therapeutic discovery and practice outlined in his books, Living Peace and Humanity Over Dogma. Combining modern psychology with ancient eastern philosophy, life coaching and Zen practices are utilized in 1:1 sessions to bring about deep transformation and lasting change in clients' lives.
Alaric is currently continuing his education via a joint bachelors and masters program in Social Work. These degrees will help broaden his scope of knowledge in understanding human suffering not only regarding individual struggles, but those on a societal level as well. Social Work has many branches of influence, which Alaric's emphasis lies in psychological health. After receiving his MSW, Alaric will soon become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - allowing him to work in private practice as a psychotherapist and train future generations of social workers.
Having suffered clinical depression, OCD, and social anxiety for six years as a child and adolescent, Alaric became invested in the discovery of inner peace development. Traditional therapy and drugs weren't healing the heart of his mental and emotional turmoil, but eastern philosophy filled in the gaps allowing for an almost instantaneous self-healing recovery at age 16. This transformation directed Alaric's life course, as he thirsted to understand human psychology more deeply and assist others along their individual healing journeys.
